This was one of my
favourites in the series. Especially cause it was released here unlike most of the "Tales" series.
Story 8/10
The story is really good but there are plot holes. I won't ruin anything but they seem to "forget" about what appeared to be a big part of the story and it gets into something else completely. (It's NOT the World Regeneration because that is right from the beginning of the story and they don't just "forget" about it.)
Graphics 10/10
This is a HUGE transition from the 2-D graphics of it's predecessors. (The 2-D graphics would still have gotten a 10/10 though cause they're awesome.) They didn't screw it up though! Absolutely beautiful everything! (PM for videos)
Battle System 9/10
The battle system is a 3-D field, but just like in the early games, you can only travel in a single line. Difference is though, you can change the line you travel on by targeting different enemies. The battle system is as great as ever and PM for videos.
Replayability 10/10
This is a REALLY long game! About 60-80 hours. Best thing is, the battle system is addictive! After you beat the game, you can get bonuses to carry over to your new game + and you automatically get the mania difficulty after you beat the game. The hard and mania difficulties and the bonuses can really improve the
replayability. Also, the game is so long you'll probably forget alot of the early story so you won't be bored going through it again.
Music 1000000000/10 (10/10...)
Tales of SYMPHONIA, as in symphony. The game with the best music EVER! Perfect battle songs, village songs and etc! As usual PM for music!
Overall 10/10
The perfect installation to the perfect series! Anything about anything on "Tales" games, you know what to do,
PMage.
