In order to get the most rupees in the game, you will need to find all the glowing bugs. After finding the first bug and bringing it to Agitha in Castle Town, she will give you the first wallet that will allow you to hold 600 Rupees. When you give her all 24, she will give you the largest one allowing you to hold 1000 Rupees. For each bug you bring her, she gives 50 rupees, but if you complete a pair, you will get 100 rupees.
