Now, Omega Ridley Battle is one of the longest battles so before you start this battle, make sure you have have lots of energy tanks (at least 10). Now, there is one move that ridley has that you can fire at and sometimes get energy for it and that is the one where he fires individual fire balls. destroy them when you get the chance in order to maintain a good amount of health. When you start the battle, what you have to do is stun him, in order to do that, charge your beam and fire it at his mouth when he opens it. Once he is stunned, lock on him and fire your grapple beam at him and pull open his chest, then go into hyper mode and hit him with 2 hyper missiles, repeat the process one more time. After that he will put on armor that you cant grapple off. In this part of the battle ridley will have three more moves, in one he charges two energy balls on his hands and throws them down creating a huge shock wave. The second is a ram attack. The third is a spinning attack in which he spins around with his tail extended and breathing fire. To avoid the first one, destroy at least one of the balls with a charge shot to make the shock wave more avoidable. Destroying both will result in stunning him. To avoid the second one jump side step or you can have your charge ready and hit him with it right when he starts to charge at you. To dodge the third one, simply double jump over the attacks while moving toward him, when your close enough, he will stop spinning. When stunned, charge your beam and hit him at the shoulders right when his arm goes all the way down and he closes his hand, you should see yellow, if it doesn't work the first time just try again, eventually he will have his armor taken off and chest, exposing his heart, don't go into Hypermode just yet . Ridley will fly up and make it very hard to hit his chest, instead, pay attention to your radar to see which direction he will come from in order to doges his bombs. when he lands, stun him by shooting him in the mouth with charge shots. that will expose his chest but he will still attack. Go in to hyper mode and fire hyper missiles at his chest. stay in hyper mode in order for you to start recharging your phazon then fire more missiles. Repeat if necessary in order to kill him.
