First you have to do a Private action in Klik (Long time
since I played the game I forget the name but it's the one
that's destroyed really early on in the game. I'm not sure
if that's even close to the right name.) and get a scene
where someone cries out that the village is going to be
destroyed but no one believes her.
Then get to the final save point the entire game later, then
Private action again in Central City and you'll see her
again. She says a few things (Not saying, extreme spoilers
which reveal hidden background plot of Indalecio) and after
that Indalecio becomes super powered. You can't revert him
to normal again so make sure you want him hard before you do
this. (You will probably need to be Lv255 and beat the
Iselia Queen allot to equip everyone with Angel Armbands,
keep that in mind, that's how hard he is)
