Julius Mode

To play as Julius Belmont, complete the game at least once, then start a new file with the name 'JULIUS'. You'll now play as Julius, the vampire hunter. You don't have levels, stats, or items - instead you get stronger by beating the bosses. You start with all the special abilities that Soma gets (Double Jump, Super Jump, Backdash, etc.) as well as a few unique special attacks that resemble those from older Castlevania games. He also uses the famous whip.

Different Endings

There are three possible endings in this game. They are as follows:

Normal Ending
Obtained: Defeat Graham at the top of the tower. You'll then get the shorter ending and credits.

Good Ending
Obtained: Defeat Graham with these three souls equipped - Flame Demon, Giant Bat, and Lilith. You'll then need to go to the top of the Floating Gardens and into the dark area that you couldn't access before. Here, you'll fight Julius, arguably the hardest boss in the game. Finally, traverse through the Chaos Realm and defeat Chaos at the end to get the full ending.

Bad Ending
Obtained: Lose to either of Chaos' forms. You'll get a much shorter ending that ends on a bad note...
