Tifa's final weapon is in Midgar after you get the Midgar key by digging it up in the bone city (I
don't remember where in the city) I think its by that X. anyways you go back into
Midgar and go to sector 6 slums and into the tent with an ITEMS sign on it. You should be able to get it only one disk 3.
