For a moment, I never thought I'd ever come out of that frozen tundra of Marchiria. As my eyes scanned the cavern, I placed the red markers into the sheer ice, as it flashed a bright red, scanning the cave. Alucard was still repairing ship from orbit, and Alex was with him. Mark was staring into the cavern, as it flashed red, revealing ever niche and covert crack.

Samus said, "And, as we wait, you idiots cant just walk on in."

This apparently ticked Mark off. "Ok rookie, you MAY know the ropes, but you don't know Kaison, And this is your first mission! So quiet! We don't need your lip disrupting anything!"

He stormed inside the early parts of the cavern. With the snow quietly falling, My mind was set on a ton of other things. Mainly survival, but we weren't stranded, and weak. My gun was just hanging on my arm, as I was able to use both hands, through the gun. "Jack! You coming or what? "Marks voice echoed through the vast cavern. "Yea." I put my gun back to its settings and started walking in. Kaiser wasn't a planet a hunter could go in alone. A squad needed to be formed, to stay alive. Pushing through sheer ice to continue, a 2 way fork put in. Mark reached the edge, and looked at us both.

"Samus, Jack, Right. I'll take the left."

Samus put her hand on her hip. "No way, I want to go alone!"

Mark frowned. "When you pull this demons bounty in, sure, go alone and we can leave you here. "He stared walking into the left side, as the darkness consumed him. I looked at Samus, in her odd orange armor, instead of Galactic Federation silver. shrugging my shoulders, I walked in front of her, through the right side. Stupidly she had already switched on her light, instead of her unnoticeable dark visor. The monsters were not awakened yet, as we treaded lightly. A melancholy ring echoed through the caverns. It was a pulsed carbine shot, that had a react like a ball bouncing against Ice. It was to ricochet around, until it hit. I flipped around " Security Drones!"

Shouted a voice from down the hall, it was Marks. Knowing Mark, he would destroy it and run past us saying "C'mon! Lets jet!" Security drones were a Galactic Federation mistake. They screwed up our visors with carbine shots. They locked the doors, if they got close to them. We ran for it, as we reached a small, iced over room. It was lighted even. "This is a Vector Heart room."

Vector Hearts were an elite force of bounty hunters. They were the top of 'em all. A survivalist made rooms like this in ice, and an electronic door.

We rested here for a while, checking out the old computers. "This room is nearly 5 years old. They couldn't have gotten the Carsio Demon by now."

Mark was busy with the computers, and I was checking out the old map. It wasn't up to date, but it wasn't a map of some random planet, it was slightly helpful. We continued onward, treading lightly.

No security drones were found, but the electric radar wasn't asleep either.

To get to Carsio, our bounty, we would head through Marchiria, To Karteria, and into the core of Kaison, Forsilas.

Each level was composed of different regions, originally for research. Ice overworld, Karteria was earth, and Forsilas was fire. After what seemed like a days rest, we were forced out in the middle of the night. I wasn't awake at the time, so I don't know how they got in. A Security Drone used the plasma beam to tear into the ice near me. I rolled off the bed, and raised my gun at it, a knee on the ground. I shot out my average power beam, slightly stunning it. "C'mon!"

We rushed out, now knowing the monsters were awake. After a while of tunnel traveling, my radio shot into action.

"Jack! Mark! Samus! We've been assaulted by Security Drones. The ship is nearly totaled! We're headed your way now."

Alex's voice cut off from the radio, as Alucards morbid sound plagued it. "I'm staying to repair the ship. I'll meet you all deeper in at Karteria. Keep your radios on."

We continued walking, as Alex caught up with us.

"We've got a while to go before hitting Karteria. "He informed us. He had the map. We did have a while to go. I let out a sigh, and kept walking.

The ice was so smooth and reflective. The deeper we got, the smaller the tunnels were. The farther we crawled, the more monsters we encountered. We had gotten so far, we were crawling and squeezing through holes. I got into a hole, and plummeted through it. I fell for a minute, with Samus, Mark And Alex behind me, Landing on ice again, I skidded around until I was standing, looking around.

For a moment, I thought I'd never come out of this frozen tundra of Marchiria.

There rested a Elite Space Pirate. It was staring straight at us. I switched from the power beam to Fire Spark missiles. He swung at us, and everyone jumped out of the way.

With their own personal firepower, Mark's Electric Wave Shot, Alex's Shadow Beam, Samus' Super Missles, and my Fire Spark Missiles.

This Space Pirate wasn't Ice, so fire was just another obstacle. It strafed to the side, as I was firing at it. Locking on with my visor, I shot it in the face, as it crawled back from heavy fire. Samus rushed up, and put her gun into the pirates mouth. Releasing a Super Missile into its upper intestines, it slowly slipped from life to death. But in a flash of raining toxic energy, it rose again, pulsing with a parasite named "X". It had veins bulging out, and a new, large claw. It was dripping with the X parasite, from head to toe. It rushed us, and knocked Alex into a wall, piercing his armor.

Our radios turned silent from his screams after a second. His momentarily body was now laying limp, as it fell against the ground.

"ALEX!" Samus had shouted, running up towards him. The pirate, 8x times our size, knocked her back, and came after her.

We opened fire, as I watched Mark grapple onto the ceiling. He was charging the Static Wave Missile, the strongest thing we have. I knew he had to hit the head, so I drew it to facing him, using strides to the left. Samus had recovered and was also helping. When the pirate noticed Mark, it was too late.

"Good night!" He said as he shot out the missile and then let go of the grapple. The demons body flexed, and fell to the ground. Samus took a sample of the "X" as we walked through another tunnel.

Nobody was speaking to each other, the loss of mark hit us all. Mark was informing Alucard to stay on his toes, as we walked for what felt like miles to reach a metallic door. After blasting it open the old rusty door, I was astonished, as somehow we were instantly transported to Karteria. The ice was crackling beneath us, wearing out the ground. A crack, and the ground started to slip away. Mark tripped, and fell into the depths of Karteria.

"MARK!" Samus shouted, as I slowly slipped down the edge. She grabbed my hand, and the dirt and ice came shattering down in a rain. Samus started to pull me up. But the ground underneath her feet started to shatter, as we both fell into darkness...
